From I-17 or I-81 take exit 6 off I81 N.  Take a right on Route 12 and head North toward Greene. Turn left off route 12 onto Chenango County Route 2 toward Smithville Flats and make a sharp turn left onto Foster Hill Road, go to the top of the hill, see gun club sign on your right.
